Congratulations to Shelley Cowcill for receiving her green belt in kick boxing. Shelley trains with Mostafa Sabetti of Golden Glory Martial Arts Academy. Mostafa is second in the world in kickboxing and Shelley is part of his rehab team ensuring he is able to maintain a high level of performance with good physiotherapy! Sounds like a win-win!
