Scheduling appointments

All appointments are scheduled by phone, please call us at 604 538 8338, we do not offer online bookings at this time. We highly recommend that you book at least 4 appointments to ensure that your treatment is started in a timely manner and that no delays occur due to incompatible schedules.
You will find that we do our best to run on time and we respect that your time is as valuable as ours. If you arrive late, your time with the therapist will be shortened to avoid delaying those scheduled after you.
No show and short cancellation policy
If you schedule an appointment, which you do not attend (no show), and this happens more than once, you will be charged fully for this visit. This will also apply to same day cancellations with short notice.
First appointment

We offer both ½ hour and one-hour first appointments in private rooms. Be sure to advise the receptionist of how much time you prefer for your first visit, different rates will apply. If you choose the ½ hour option, your first appointment will consist primarily of an assessment of your condition.
If you choose the one-hour first appointment option, there will be time to begin your treatment. All out of city, province and/or country consultations do require a one-hour booking for the first appointment. If we are seeing you only once at the request of another health practitioner, the one hour booking also applies. This will allow us sufficient time to do a proper consultation for both you and your referring practitioner.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you will require a report outlining our findings and treatment suggestions, there is an additional fee for this service.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled first appointment to ensure your registration details have been completed before your time with the consultant begins.
Be sure to bring the following, if relevant, for your registration:
- Everyone - please complete, and submit, the registration form on this page or print and complete this registration form and bring it to your first appointment
- ICBC clients - bring your Doctor's name and referral, ICBC claim number, adjustor's name as well as your BC carecard. Please note that ICBC does NOT cover the full cost of physiotherapy and a visit fee will be charged. The receptionist will provide you will this information when you book your first appointment.
- RCMP/DVA/MSP exempt status - please speak to the receptionist about specific coverage for these groups.
- All other clients - physiotherapy is not covered by the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia, however your individual extended health plan may cover part/all of your physiotherapy. You are required to pay for your treatment in full on the day of the treatment; a receipt for the services rendered will be issued at the time of your visit and can be submitted to your extended health plan. We accept cash, cheque, VISA or Mastercard.
Subsequent appointments
All appointments are usually scheduled for 1/2 hour (one-hour booking is available on request) and no other clients are booked in your time (i.e. we do not double book). We only see one client at a time. Some of this time may be dedicated to charting, discussion, treatment planning and/or generating reports to communicate to your doctor or personal trainer.
